Account Manager
Location: Birmingham, Alabama (onsite role)
Description
The Account Manager role is altLINE’s frontline customer-facing position in the Operations function. The ideal candidate will be able to manage both the demands of customer service and the importance of risk management on a day-to-day basis.
While strong phone and email communication skills are necessary in managing customer interactions, the role primarily focuses on organizing large amounts data, analyzing that data, and making sound credit decisions. Account Managers are the factoring division’s first line of defense in identifying potential credit problems in the portfolio. This is not a sales role.
altLINE is looking for a positive, detail oriented candidate who can balance these demands and help drive healthy, sustainable growth.

Internal Auditor
Location: Birmingham, Alabama (onsite role)
Description
altLINE’s Internal Auditor role provides operational, systems, and process audit support within The Southern Bank Company’s invoice factoring division. “Doing what we say we’ll do,” is critical to altLINE’s success, particularly as the business grows. We’re looking for the right person to help ensure our team executes on policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable reviewing and analyzing large amounts of data including emails, invoices, timesheets, purchase orders, payment activity, etc. The Internal Auditor must be self-driven and comfortable working independently.
