One Stop Recruiting Credits Their 1000% Growth Over 7 Years to Their Partnership With altLINE

Who Is One Stop Recruiting?

Founded in 2006, OneStop Recruiting is a medical staffing and recruitment firm based in Mesa, Arizona, specializing in matching top-notch candidates with trusted healthcare organizations.

The Problem

CEO Robert Hundley and his team had become a $1 million recruitment firm by 2016, but like most small to medium-sized business owners, he was consistently faced with cash flow challenges that jeopardized his business’s ability to take on new, advantageous partnerships and opportunities.

Mr. Hundley felt that accounts receivable was one area that was a consistent challenge and time-consuming responsibility, mostly due to his customers paying in arrears. Therefore, OneStop often experienced a delay in receiving payments for their services.

“Since my first call with [the General Manager] Jim, altLINE has helped us stay on top of our AR better than we ever did in the past. Working with Jim, working with [VP of Operations] Kelley, and working with our account manager Mildred has been a true blessing.”

The Solution

Knowing AR was one area where things needed to be improved, Hundley began looking into financing options. That’s when he discovered invoice factoring and, eventually, altLINE.

He first spoke with Jim Pendergast, altLINE Senior VP and General Manager. Hundley immediately realized the opportunities altLINE could provide in terms of improving OneStop’s accounts receivable.

“Since my first call with Jim, altLINE has helped us stay on top of our AR better than we ever have,” Hundley said. “Working with Jim, working with [VP of Operations] Kelley, and working with our account manager Mildred has been a true blessing. We actually just went through a huge AR cleanup with Kelley and Jim, and like I said, I bet we now have one of the best ARs we’ve ever had.”

But according to Hundley, altLINE’s positive effect on OneStop doesn’t only have to do with how they’ve helped financially. Currently, altLINE is working on writing a letter of recommendation on behalf of OneStop, as Hundley’s business is working on a $36 billion contract with the federal government.

“The government wants to know that this staffing company can actually financially support such a large contract, so they’ll be able to hear how much they’ve helped us with funding,” Hundley added. “It’s just a great partnership with Jim, Kelley and Mildred.”
